The decision didn't mean doodley squat there will be a jury trial

and there the decision really means something. Even if they

upheld the IDCC patents nothing would change there would still

be a court case unless they settle. I don't think they can

beat IDCC in court.

IDCC will be just wasting money to appeal. The patents expire in June of 2016. By the time the CAFC would take this up the patents would be useless. If IDCC continues to appeal this I will probably start to sell my shares bc then I will know they do not have the shareholders best interest in mind. We still have the DE 244 patent hearing coming up in November which is more important and will deliver us better results than the ITC will.

On a positive note we have the Huawei arbitration and LG arbitration. Remember LG was paying IDCC 14M per qtr in their original deal. Wildly speculating that if Huawei would pay a conservative 10M per qtr if we could have an additional 25M of qtrly revenue to the base of 80M now were talking about 105M minimum qtrly revenue. Plus we have ZTE infringement. Their are a lot of irons still in the fire to get IDCC shareprice back up in the 60s pretty easily. Im hoping the Huawei arbitration will set the royalty rate for ZTE and the other Chinese manufacturers to get them on board. Still a lot of positives with IDCC.
