All in all - the 'hidden gems' in the financials are deadly. I still can't fathom essentially ignoring the IRS liability, and admitting to paying nothing while the penalties and interest accrue. It's an open invitation for the IRS to seize assets, as if there is anything of value here (there isn't). No cash on hand, but nearly $9K in bank overdrafts - bouncing checks? That can be a prosecuted offence as well.
I expected lousy numbers - toss in the above and the Bodie settlement (the terms of which the company is admittedly violating) - there's nothing but bad news here, and some of it is absolutely deadly for shareholders.
