#41624 RE: WhiteFish #41517

WhiteFish, respectfully, with that SIRG thought...

Please, and I say this very respectfully... that thought is not important to know. Since none of us here was a fly on the wall in the court room during the SIRG proceedings, there is no way we would know no more about those details than what was filed inside of those court dockets. I read through them a while back and everything looked very much above board. Seeing the word "Dismissed" was the #1 reason why I decided to take the risk in SIRG back then. I am expecting something major based on what I read, now that the "Q" removal has been approved by FINRA.

Example:If I had not eaten anything in days and someone came up to me and placed my favorite meal in front of me and said to eat and that my meal was paid for, I wouldn't ask any questions about who paid for my meal. I would take the risk as I would just eat and be happy. Don't get me wrong, I respect those who maybe wouldn't take the risk and wouldn't eat until they knew who paid for their meal, but by the time such is learned, you might have starved to a far more stressful condition.

I guess what I am saying is that it is not important to me for why the BK case was dismissed; it is more important to me that it was just simply dismissed. It was dismissed back in June 2015 so I think FINRA took their time to make sure everything was above board with the dismissal. The Judge read through their plan for recovery and signed off on it on June 17, 2015 and if anyone had any issues, they had until June 28, 2015 to file amendments indicating such of which none was filed. Because of now showing up with the "Q" being approved for removal within the FINRA database, I have no concerns.

If you go to the FINRA link below, change the start and end dates to 8/28/2015, and enter SIRG... you will get to the SIRGQ ticker change info changing it to SIRG:

Now if you click on the little details box to the far right, you will get this below which confirms that the Bankruptcy Case was Dismissed with No Restrictions which means a lot in my opinion:
