If this vehicle is to manage all SIAF's assets it looks important how those assets are managed. The Board of the supposed vehicle has only two people. Is that desirable if they are to manage all SIAF's assets? I think not. My guess is therefore that the new vehicle is not to manage SIAF's current assets but some potential future assets. I guess we would have been informed if the Reference had been to SIAF's current assets.
