If the JV partners own 75% or even 100%, then obviously a loan on their behalf will benefit us too. As is the case with the Mega Farm now.
If we own 75% (or 55% of the Mega Farm) then we will own the assets and a loan will benefit us directly.
We don't know if CERESTM is a subsidiary. Probably not, because we would have seen it mentioned in the corporate structure. They simply set up this vehicle (company) to manage the assets. SIAF is still the parent company.
