This game is far from over. Everyone said Nokia would not pay

years ago and they paid and they will pay again. What we appear

to have is a corrupt legal system. IDCC should have never went

to the ITC which appears to be political and corrupt. No damn

judge would ever rule infringement and reverse holdup if that

was not the case. This decision is a cold slap in the face to

this judge and his ability to rule and make good decisions.



I still think a settlement happens but a jury trial may rectify

this and we all will be happy. I guess I will die supporting

IDCC kind of wish we had better management but it is what it

is and I think the IDCC patents will be upheld.


For all who don't believe that IDCC will eventually win and

be vindicated please sell and I wish you all the best on your

investments, and you want have to put up with me, so that

should be a relief. To those who don't sell and don't like

my post please use the ignore it sure want hurt my feelings.

I am a stubborn old man who is not about to change this late

in my life.
