We have two deposition next week in LA, and have to turn in our expert witness reports by next Friday that begin to outline our damages. Discovery end in November and then Comcast will ask for summary judgment and try to stop it from going to trial. The chances of that are less than 5%.

The a court date is set and offer are made depending on how strong Comcast feel our case it.
