Looks like king doesn't get paid for being on the board. The other three directors get paid twice as much as normal, but the board has half the number of directors being paid as a typical company -so it's the same amount being spent as other companies overall. And half of the compensation is currently worthless options, since the stock price always decreases after the option are awarded. Didn't swartz help save the company after the 2012 CSM bungle? Perhaps his salary is justified?
