I think AMRN said to the FDA - if you think we are filing only in the 2nd circuit - you have made a big mistake. We will file in any circuit we think will favorably rule in AMRNs favor. When multiple circuits rule in our favor - it will be the law of the land.

I think you understand this; the message board gets overly exuberant over the most trivial stuff. I say, "don't worry have a home brew" sit back relax..... don't get too pumped up over stuff that's out of our control.
