especially as AMRN can file in other districts it perceives as friendly to 1A issues.

FDA loses there - then they lose nationwide.

Would not be the least surprised to see the FDA cave in here and agree to most reasonable and verifiable claims..Their lawyers have to be telling them that going back to court could very expensive in terms of their autonomy as it stands right now. Going after a company like Amarin makes no sense, since the FDA already volunteered Vascepa has the safety profile of a DS.

The FDA can not win this thing so why keep slugging away at the tar baby?
