Would it be possible for you to publicly post a transcript of the last hearing?

I believe shareholders should have first hand knowledge of what was said. Is it appropriate or possible to find out why Mr. Gutierrez left GTAT so suddenly and what is really going on?

I hope you will be able to appoint people to the EC with the proper business and technical expertise to represent shareholders.

I wouldn't send an email to the UST (as which was just recommended)... I would get in contact with Anotheronedown who will make sure your support is used in court with the rest of us. It will make a difference.

You can write a letter to the court as well. Make sure you have the BK case and number included.
