To answer your earlier question, I agree with Janice and Renee. FINRA will continue the U3 halt for all eternity. This stock will never trade again.

The stock was used as a device and means for an entity to perpetrate an elaborate scam. The government will not allow it to trade again for them to further the scheme. Even if that means shareholders have to take losses.

I'm not beating ne1 when they're done...tried warning folks that pos-land companies announcing buybacks while they're simultaneously diluting a chitstorm of stock always ends badly for the s/h's...and sure enough that's exactly what's happened.

If anyone's still holding there and caught in the halt it's far better for them to seek legit legal answers than it is to drink the bs koolaid being served there still tonight that it's all the supposed shorts fault and all will be well blah blah blah
