Don't think Sussman would have said anything in the interview about wamu if it was going nowhere.

newbie, for all practical purposes sussman is done with wamu share holders. that dream is dead. The only reason sussman got involved is that they were paid by the courts. I doubt they are working on contingency with wamu escrows etc.. I never heard that and it is unlikely.
