#8543 RE: TOB #8542

Really besides the point!

With as BIG a rally as evidenced in last two days on virtually all segments of the mkts except BB (AMTRD says Pink; you say.... NOT THE POINT!) especially during the last 30 mins to hour of trading ON BOTH DAYS, not even a modest lift: BIG SELLERS courtesy of WEAK hands and NO Bidders outside of std MM's and that is despite all the RK stuff.

Everyone thought it would have been 60-65 cents...... then 50 -55 cents...
NOW BREAKDOWN.

EVOLVING FundamentalS go only so far... MARKET PLACE says holders are OVERLOADED and insufficient NEW buyers to take it off their hands. Not
much different than my conclusions when I sold CTIX late 2014 @ $4.20 now way below $2 despite the XBI performance before two weeks ago.

How can anyone objectively conclude otherwise!

And I reaffirm my initial statement of TPIV IS on PINK SHEETS as per TDAmeritrade! that is TOTALLY SUPPORTED by TPIV's recent SEC Aug 2015 Filing and totally contrary to TOB's taking issue with me (he hasn't read it in SEC filings) Image means little relative to the FACTS. Obviously the below also applies to CTIX and many more:

If our common stock price does not increase above $5.00 per share or we are unsuccessful in listing on a “recognized” national exchange, our common stock may continue to be deemed a “penny stock” as that term is defined in Rule 3a51-1, promulgated under the Exchange Act. Penny stocks are, generally, stocks:

? with a price of less than $5.00 per share;

? that are neither traded on a “recognized” national exchange nor listed on an automated quotation system sponsored by a registered national securities association meeting certain minimum initial listing standards; and

? of issuers with net tangible assets less than $2.0 million (if the issuer has been in continuous operation for at least three years) or $5.0 million (if in continuous operation for less than three years), or with average revenue of less than $6.0 million for the last three years.

Case CLOSED.
