Possible, however there was a settlement between CCEL and CBAI where the terms are confidential. Just as I posted, an offer @ .0033 for 335,500 shares appeared. Thinking Red Oak may have agreed to add CCEL to the board with a special stockholders meeting for approval in the future.

Second time this week someone took 990,000 offer at .0031. Maybe you are right. Could it be CCEL?
