I agree that it raises concerns; just not entirely sure how it will play out in reality. I got back in very lately and with very little invested; it would be a huge blow to the long timers that have stuck it out through the past years waiting for a positive payoff for their patience. I would not like to see that result for anyone, and particularly for the MOPN group. We will know soon enough....
