But this is and wasn't a start-up Co.
They failed already prior to the OTC listing.
The OTC Listing was imo their last resort to stay in Business.

Yeah, a Non-toxic financing deal would push the PPS up real nicely! I think good chances that could happen here..Imo $SLNN

For now though they have to rely on the current toxic financing til' that happens. I'm thinking this is only temporarily. Adding more til' then!
