Peter I know you keep asking about the preferred shares but no one knows that answer. My best guess would be after FDA decision.

Because they are now approx 5% of RGBP's common float they should be worth quite a bit more the the common share price so odds are they will wait and try to maximize value. We will all know at the same time.
