One may not like the existing management, or even attempt to persuade others to believe that absence of management with which you agree equals "no management," but management exists. Whether or not you agree with the current management is another topic.
I, for one, believes GNBA has great ideas, and high intelligence in the development of the products in which the company has chosen to focus its efforts.
