power, Good luck! I guess you don't believe that Microsoft has paid enough to lobbyists at ITC? I'm not so sure as you. I don't think they blindly bought Nokia. They surely knew about the Interdigital claims and probably decided they had the commission and courts bought off. At the very least they will be able to delay for quite some time any $'s owed to IDCC. jmho I think the market is gonna keep tanking and even a good outcome will mute IDCC stock price. I warned others about that possibility last year. It's one reason investors shy away from stocks and company's that rely on litigation to drive revenues.
