The 8K is updates and/or modifications to previous agreements with NEC, Nokia, etc. The 10Q is the quarterly report with final changes/modifications I think. It may reflect what appears to be a reduced advance payment from NEC meantioned in the 8K, but then again it might be a larger payment from NEC, LOL! I can't tell from a brief scanning, and I have to go as my son's practice starts in 15 minutes.
You are just going to have to read it, and check for changes. I'm sure there are many here that are doing just that right now, and hopefully they will give us their take.
It should give us good message board fodder for a few days if nothing else.
