Can you qualify your use of "soon". I content there will be no material delivered to BASi to complete Tox for the remainder of the year and well into '16...if ever. You say it will happen soon. When is soon...start with which year?

This use of Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III terminology for various stages of one thing, tox testing prior to the IND, is a way to obfuscate the fact that the real phase I, phase II, and phase III clinical trials are nowhere to be seen.

It won't be long before we find out that FluCide(TM)/GLP drug has shipped to BASi for final/Phase III of toxicology studies.

How do you define "It won't be long"? How many months or years does that phrase entail?
