We honestly don't want a ban just to be paid back money and

a license going forward. A ban would lower our earnings till

they signed and paid. I stand by what the judge found of

infringement and reverse hold up which is pretty strong

language and implies they should pay and yes a ban be

put in place as his words basically says their conduct

has been deplorable and they should face the maximum

that can be awarded IDCC.


If I had posted what the judge said I would have been

criticized all to hell and back. Thankfully the judge

elaborated on what I have tried to engrain in peoples head

that Microsoft/Nokia were guilty of infringing and they

owe a huge sum of money.


I hope we longs all get rewarded for the long, long wait.

IDCC is now more than a cell phone technology company and

worth way way more than most people here envision.
