I know, but that's only a technicality. Why would the OTS seize a bank that they stated was solvent and well capitalized on the day of seizure? Doesn't make sense to me unless someone else was behind it. The fact that the bank was solvent and well capitalized and still seized supports the notion that a crime was committed.
