Sell a boatload of .005 PIPE shares this time and use that money to buyback shares? Egads...

I assume that has already occurred being as SCRC is now a dark filer.

Buying back shares without being cash flow positive is illegal in nearly every state.

I suspect all the numbers have been fudged from the start.

It is quite evident this has been a highly illegal on many fronts company from the inception of SCRC, which is nothing more than another elaborate fraudulent scheme for personal enrichment at the expense of the general public.
