What in the world does this even mean??? How does a company "enhance" a shareholder? Sounds just like a CORE 4th grade dropout randomly pairing up words from a dictionary...
"Continued" commission rate reduction??? Their commission rates have gone nowhere but up based on their most recent (albeit hideously stale Q3'14 10Q). All SCRC has stated in a PR during Q2'15 was that they were planning to implement "operational efficiencies". No one knows where any savings may come from. To specifically state that it was a lowering of commission rates would require inside information -- which wouldn't be the first or even the second or third time that SCRC mgmt has fed inside info to active market participants such as the criminal homophobe JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his fellow criminal CORE members...
Only a criminal CORE member would consider the appointment of ADAM BROSIUS -- a fellow Section 17(b)-violating non-disclosing paid promoter -- to the role of President to be a "strong" move...
And, pray tell, how in this plane of reality would a company who has virtually no cash pay for any stock buy back program? Let me guess: Sell a boatload of .005 PIPE shares this time and use that money to buyback shares? Egads...
