Thanks for the post, be an interesting few days, Imo Sept could be a pretty spectacular month.

"My thoughts were RW offer of a new overhaul sounds appealing but the city would be paying for that water for the next generation or two.
STWS may not sound as impressive because of just making repairs but the city does not have to pay for their raw water. I think I would rather not have to pay for the water.
One thing STWS has is Allan Murphy who has been working with Fort Stockton for several years. Also the city stated that STWS is a publicly traded company and RW is not. Which I would think may be good for the general public because they could purchase stock"

This is also my understanding.
I agree, I believe that STW plan would be more attractive. Alan Murphy is sharp and from what I understand well known and respected by FS. Another reason I believe STW will get what ever they bid for in FS if their plan is even comparable. My guess is Alan Murphy had taken counsel members out for lunch well before RW put in a bid. Small city politics,

All eyes on Chine, not when in STW resources land.
All eyes on Fort Stockton tonight.

The massive move up was triggered by something, IMO we will find out what it was in the coming weeks.
