Perhaps they are saving cash by not having to reimburse/pay independent board members for travel, etc. Not defending, just wondering. Maybe keeping the non-independent folks on the board is somehow beneficial and they are planning a change closer to uplisting. Maybe?
You may reply to topics in a more "forceful manner" but that's better than Mr Wittys 1 sentence reply to my emails.. I've stopped emailing him all together and only call him with my concerns because of the lack of response I get from an email from him. I'm not as concerned for the independent BOD right now as I don't think that should occur pre-revenue, however I completely agree that down the line it must be looked into and implemented in regards to proper uplisting as well as yielding substantial growth for the company.
