Just to stir the pot and bring this issue to the attention of the current Board, I sent the following email to Chris Witty this morning:

Good morning Chris,



I am writing you to once again voice my concerns regarding the lack of independent members of the Board of Directors. The last time I wrote you about this, several months ago, the response was simply that at that time Sigma Labs was not making efforts to change the Board. Quite frankly, I am disappointed.



As a shareholder, this is an area of concern for me. Thus, I am interested in knowing how it is that a request that Sigma Labs seek the inclusion of independent board members to a level required by exchanges such as the NASDAQ or NYSE or equivalent can be placed on the agenda for the annual meeting. As such, I am interested in obtaining a copy of or online access to the articles of incorporation and the by-laws for Sigma Labs, Inc.



If you could please provide me with the information needed I would be most appreciative.

Perhaps raising the awareness at SGLB about the legitimate concern of SGLB shareholders - as well as reinforcing the agreement SGLB made with Rockville Asset Management to make best efforts at uplisting will result in some movement on this issue. If not, then I propose that every shareholder who agrees with the idea that an independent Board is important to both contact SGLB through investor relations as well as requesting that this become an item for the agenda at the Annual Meeting.

I have been told that at times I respond to things in a manner which is more forceful than necessary, so I welcome reactions to this idea, as well as suggestions for alternative methods of prompting SGLB to develop a more independent board.
