including who holds *actual* PTOI shares vs *markers*
and if done (as i suspect to force mgmt's hand) .. i doubt
*it changes* .. outcome re: parallel paths' presently pursued ..

clearly *impact* in play re: *financing* is one *goal* .. but
then that too isn't *new* .. and nothing actual P2O investors

Yep, the sleazeball penny stock scammer and founder used his mom to ripoff his kids to run a a pump and dump. Probably the most sleazy thing a person could ever do. Takes a real POS to start a POS scam like this doesn't it?
