Scenarios are possible outcomes. I believe there is a deal somewhere in this authorization of shares. I don't believe it's for maintenance of continued salaries forever.

Why would PPHM anounce that? If they would do it, ALL of us shareholders would vote YES at the ASM in October... There would have been no need of all this rather bizarre strategy
