I can't argue with that, as I have little knowledge of ASTC.

I do think it would be a good opportunity to show what share purchases can do on a company of our size as ASTC is in a very comparable situation.

I wasn't able to find any instances over the last 5 years where a share purchase had a long term impact(more than a couple of months) on the share price there, but I'm not saying it didn't happen.

Astc share price was $3.50 in early January 2014, the sale of the space division occurred in May 2014. The SP began moving north after the first positive earnings report in the fall of 2013 coupled with some insider buying.

That launch was way before the sale.
