The reason astc went up and stays above $2 is because of the sale of the space division (I think worth about 2.05 share)...a couple more qtrs. of no 0 revs coming in should send that stock under 2...besides it's on a higher exchange also, Implant is on the OTC...where way more manipulation happens...
