Not sure who, or if it is more than one person, but for the past week or more, at market open, someone puts up a 10 MM wall on $.0008. I'm sure if that wasn't up every day, SLNN would be running.

You need retail buyers to move the PPS, the volume is holding it in a sideways movement. Once we get PR/volume the PPS will move. I'm surprised the Q10 didn't invoke any movement, to me they have solid numbers and a decent WC ratio thus far.
