This is interesting to see the DIP lenders amount lended and how much equity they have with GTAT. Why give a company more money if you didn't like what they have planned? What am I missing here other than the potential to own this company which will be raking it in eventually with all these moving pieces with Waree and the potential with sapphire . Will it be a matter of timing? We have time to pay off the notes and the apple debt has a plan in place. The only unknowns are sales and contracts in place.
