At current rate it looks like

my ten cents prediction was not far off. What I'm wondering is if creditors and preferred holders will seek a whole new round of negotiations. I think those guys assumed like many that $.20 support would hold.

Once they add a Q to SPDC, then may be they stop screwing everyone they deal with and the PPS would go up, for now OTC pink is the future for this stock.
