agree , it appears that there's absolutely no news or any development that can help pps go up , absolutely none

after 2 qs of financial improvements , revenues increasing and loss shrinking and after almost all shorts have covered pps still declines 50 % on top of already 90 % drop , if those 2 things didnt help pps i dont think anything ever will
