I don't see anything filed since 2012. Delinquent filers have failed to submit required annual and quarterly financial reports, although usually the agency sends delinquency notices before taking action. If ignored, trading in the company's stock is usually suspended. At the same time, the SEC will initiate an administrative proceeding to revoke registration. I believe the company, IFIXQ, will be served stating they have ten days to make a case for their failure to file.
