Looks like a major deal going on with IFIXQ 0,05 could be a new start with News from the CO? All IMO, any thoughts?

I was reading the deal a little more....Looks like its an as is deal no guarantees by seller. They put up the 5K in sellers escrow. The remaining 20K to be paid at closing so either they follow thru with the buy or lose the 5K.

Time will tell...My gut says we are screwed but you never know.
