Mmbg, Wave is on fumes at best. 6/30/15 C/A of $4.5M w/$3.5M inC/L (sans Deferred liab and warrant liab [don't know what that is]) left $1M to get thru Q3. Downsizing will only amount to 2/3s of the $3.5M or $2.3M less severence costs. Assume $1M in severances. Q3 OpEx s/b ~$7.5 -2.3 +1 = 5.2M. At half way thru Q3 that would be ~$2.6M in OpEx, a $1.6 shortfall requiring new billings of nearly $2M Q to date. Doubtage! They are clearly on liife support now.
