doesnt that mean that it isnt a pump and dump. If it was then why wouldnt they be giving us bs pr every week or like you said a false 10-k. Not trying to be smart but im still a newb and want to know why a company would be considered a scam pump and dump but doesnt actually pump anything other then they are sorry our 10k is taking so long.
