The Transfer Agent for CRGP was not gagged on July 31;

After CRGP started announcing share reductions and share dividends which are the opposite of a reduction the T/A became gagged.

That's all just great, except for the fact that the dividend has never appeared on FINRA's website so ummm yeah... that's a little problem with your story
