Neither you nor anyone who has done the DD that has uncovered per the DD gatherers 1-100B that will be paid to escrows answered my question of about 6 weeks ago

Assume - just for one minute please - that for reasons you and others doing DD and finding money do not forsee - the POR stands and no money is sent to Escrows beyond say 10-150 million visible in the LT now

With all the due diligence by so many - with such certainty that the money found with that DD --

WHAT WILL BE YOUR COURSE OF ACTION TO GET THE MONEY?

Have you all been talking with lawyers?
Are you prepared to sue JPM?
Do have FOIA requests in to Treasury Fed FDIC etc?

again - lets assume the DD did find money - arguably belonging to us - not talked to in the POR - but it does not happen - the money does not flow through the Escrow or through WMIH in some fashion

What actions are you folks - LG and others who agree 100% with there are Billions - going to take??
