Agree! I went on to order some mugs for gifts & what an ordeal. I wouldn't say it's complicated, but extremely VAGUE as to where to go and how to purchase it. It took me awhile because I was determined to get them, but it sure wasn't a "click here for purchase" transaction.
My vote would be for simplicity. It would be different if they only had a couple sku's, but there are so many options that customers need an efficient way to narrow down their choices.
Although not ideal, I don't mind the picture format for the merchandise.
Btw, does anyone know if Jamn keeps any of the money from merch sales or does the family get it all?
