So..... you think 3 MILLION or so shares added since last quarter is considered heavy dilution?

Even at 100 Million shares outstanding is quite small when comparing the potential success of this company ie. Settlement, product growth etc.

What is the average outstanding share count of companies in Pinky Land that claim to have a business and a product but really don't and are just pump and dump shells and are traded a lot higher in pps & liquidity than DECN? 1 Billion?..... 5 Billion?...... 10 Billion?

High Dilution??? NO.

JMHO.

Heavy dilution? You claim to have researched and dealt with over 200 companies in this "penny space" - this is far from heavy dilution in penny land, especially in the environment DECN is operating with illegal competitive pressure being applied on their entry into the market.

Is there any reason you won't comment on the other aspects of the report? There really were no surprises in this report and the revenue they are generating is highly profitable. If they are cleared to compete in the market fairly, their prospects actually look pretty good. One might also guess that their manufacturing costs could improve further with overseas capability/capacity coming on-line in the next couple of quarters. The only barrier still standing is the final court decision on the J&J patent, which we should know about in the next couple of months. What do you have to say about that?
