Just as I predicted, HEAVY dilution here.

Outstanding common increased by 17% in just the six months ending 6/30/2015.

The disturbing part of this is that there was little activity in the Preferred E area during the three months ending 6/30/2015.

The share dumping appears to be funding operations only (recently) as opposed to the conversion of the hedge funds.

Not a good omen folks.
