The pot industry does seem to be floundering. Was supposed to be the next big gold rush. Doesn't really seem that way.

It's no mystery who is dumping. Just call the Transfer Agent once a week to see if the O/S has increased and you will have your answer. As the holder of convertibles continue to convert and sell, the O/S will continually increase.
The recent R/S was necessary because they were getting close to the maximum number of authorized shares. I pointed out months ago that, as the ratio of O/S to A/S gets close to 1, the probability of an R/S gets closer to 100% and that's exactly what happened. Now we are being treated to a sequel.
