I think that lawful companies, as Hemp inc, Cannavest, or Mjna will have a bright future, despite the efforts of dumping.

They can produce and sell everywhere.

Others companies, like Trtc are condemned to pray for a legislative miracle.

Could a miracle happen ?

I think that the only actuable federal legislation is for industrial hemp.

The others can only pray for a local law.
