Snooze, everything is within the realm of our imagination, what you have brought up is worth a thought or two. Kaplan may be the key player in all of this, let him lower the hammer nice and hard for a good respectable settlement, let say over one billion, the Chinese government wants to get the hell out of this mess they are in, don't need the bad publicity the are getting world wide and the plot thickens as this moves forward when governments are involved in an ugly and complicated situation.
