Ok, I'm not making this up, ZTE's president is a guy named Shi Lirong...
Say that name out loud a couple times and you'll know why we've got to have this in the bag

How can Morgan Stanley be recommending ZTE stock??
I know, they say the yuan devaluation makes it easier for exporters like these guys to grow internationally...
But they are running afoul of courts in US, Brazil and Romania and have judgements forthcoming in UK and France and Germany and India etc etc.... does Morgan Stanley know something we don't or vice versa??

Is it just a coincidence that ZTE is getting squeezed by a U.S. company in a US court and they are part owned by the Chinese government and now the Chinese government is, in effect, squeezing back with currency devaluations/trade war.... Maybe somebody in Chinese government is telling somebody in Washington "Get Kaplan off ZTE's back or we'll devalue another 10%"
